1. The bimetal saw blade is a saw blade welded by two metals, specifically composed of a carbon steel saw body and a high speed steel saw tooth. Used for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Compared with single metal saw blades, it has higher heat resistance and wear resistance and longer life.
2. Carbonized sand saw blade is used to cut glass, hardened steel, stranded optical fiber and ceramic tile. Super heat resistance and abrasion resistance, can cut all other saw blades or saw blades can not cut materials.
Custom types of hand saws
1. Frame saw
Also known as a frame saw, it is composed of an I-shaped wooden frame, twisted rope, twisted blades, and saw blades. Both ends of the saw blade are fixed on the frame with knobs and can be used to adjust the angle of the saw blade. After the twisted rope is tightened, the saw blade is tightened and ready for use. Frame saws can be divided into three types: thick, medium, and fine according to the length of the saw blade and the tooth pitch. The rough saw blade is 650-750mm long and the pitch is 4-5mm. The rough saw is mainly used for cutting thick wood; the middle saw blade is 550-650mm long and the pitch is 3-4mm. The middle saw is mainly used for cutting thin wood or Tenoning head; fine saw blade length 450-500mm, tooth pitch 2-3mm, fine saw is mainly used for sawing fine wood and tenoning shoulder.
2. Knife saw
Knife saws are mainly composed of saw blade and saw handle, which can be divided into single-sided, double-sided, and clamp-backed knife saws. The single-sided knife saw is 350mm long and has a toothed edge on one side. Depending on the function of the toothed edge, it can be divided into longitudinal cutting and cross-cutting. The double-sided knife saw is 300mm long and has toothed edges on both sides. , The other side is a cross-cutting saw. The length of the saw board of the back clamp saw is 250-300mm, and the back of the back clamp saw is clamped straight with a steel bar. The saw teeth are thinner. There are longitudinal cutting and cross cutting saws.
3. Slot saw
The slot saw consists of a handle and a saw blade, and the length of the saw is 200mm. Slot saws are mainly used to make slots in wood.
4. Panel saw
Also known as handsaw. It is composed of a handle and a saw blade. The length of the saw blade is about 250-750mm, and the pitch is 3-4mm. Panel saws are mainly used for sawing wider wood boards.
5. Narrow hand saw
The saw blade is narrow and long, with a pointed front end and a length of about 300-400mm. The narrow hand saw is mainly used for cutting narrow holes.
6. Jig saw
Also known as circumferential saw, its structure is the same as that of frame saw, but the saw blade is narrower (about 10mm), and it is mainly used for sawing arcs, curves and other parts.
7. Wire saw
Also known as a bow saw, it is made by bending a bamboo sheet into a bow shape, with steel wires stretched at both ends, and sawtooth-shaped flying edges are cut out from the steel wires, and the sharp edges of the flying edges are used for sawing. The length of the steel wire is about 200-600mm, and the length of the saw bow is 800-900mm. The wire saw is mainly used for cutting complex curves and opening holes.
